I recently noticed that my Agar sheet inside one of the Petri dishes has started to lift itself up, why it is doing this I'm not entirely sure. But that it is mutating itself further is really interesting to me. Watching them evolve from initial growth to now has been a constantly changing process that I have no control in and this is very exciting to me.
